Yoga ---Why, How & Benefits

Every one wants to live blissfully. Bliss full life is supposed to be healthy___ physically, mentally & spiritually.  While living in society a person tries to enjoy all the worldly things freely as per his environments, but because of social formula “ Live & let live “a bit of social discipline is imposed. Such selfdisciplined way of life has five aspects such as physical, mental, ethical, social and spiritual, and known as ’Yoga Life’.

Yoga means to add. Yogi is to run two ways of life simultaneously—Godly & Worldly. The aim of yoga life is Salvation or Moxha, naturally it is a Godly affair, so the yogi has to live his worldly life which fulfills this godly need. In this respect man is to work with duality of god and  the world. This way of self disciplined life is known as ‘Yogi jeevan .

The five dimensions of progress in yogic life are ---

Physical aspect---

In general we can say that yoga keeps the physique healthy by keeping the digestion system, harmonal system, endocrine system, metabolism system etc. quite controlled and active , there by making the person’s life long.

While the person falls sick the yoga way of life cures him faster and in natural way.

Yogic exercises do not let deposit the toxics and unhealthy matters in the body and make the immune system of the body more power full. The temperature of body is controlled by clearing off the urine & sweat etc.

Yoga activities effects on all the organs needed in the building up of the body, the nervous system keeps the person quite active healthy smart and youth full for a long time.

Pranayam system of yoga provides more oxygen to the body , purifying the blood system with natural blood pressure, regulating the breath and heart beat.at last the breath system becomes rhythmic and cool.

Mental Aspect---

Yoga activities increase the admissible power, memory power, concentration, consciousness etc . many mental features to control useless activities of mind, and make the sensory organs healthy enough to understand the ‘Knowledge’ in right sense.

Ethical Aspect (Moral doctrines) ---

Physically & mentally healthy person will always be with high moral. High moral Yogi will never be a slave of his sense organs (Indriyas),instead he will make them to work as per his need. Yam, Niyam, Samyam, Sadhana make the moral doctrines strong enough to create the virtue of  kindness, Sweat voice, peacefulness, punctuality, tolerance etc. in the person. He becomes more sympathetic to others, more lovable and disciplined in all aspects of life.

Social Aspect ---

Now a days ,everywhere we see the unpleasantness, envy, hatred, hostility due to native materialism ( Ati Bhautikvad), that can be controlled if the people practice Yoga system.

Spiritual Aspect ---

Yoga activities provide chance to a person to go far beyond the power of physical & mental limits, that is metaphysical area of the spiritual aspect of life. He understands the existence of soul which is beyond his body and mind, but his own part of his personality.

               THUS THE YOGA SADHANA STREGTHENES A PERSON  TO GO AHEAD WITH GENERAL WORLDLY AFFAIRS ALONG WITH THE DIVINE POWERS TO GET TRANSCENDENT STATE (MOXHA), THE ULTIMATE AIM OF HUMAN LIFE.
